Stylish necklace mannequin!

All you have to do is to paint the mannequin's dress in black and then add small white dots here and there. Once completely dry, apply an acrylic varnish to protect the paint.
Then, using hot glue, stick a black feather boa at the bottom of the dress.
Complete by fixing small flowers at the bottom of the dress for an even nicer finish.

Necklace mannequins are usually available at scrapbooking or craft stores.
